I haven't read any of his recent stuff (more recent than The Hallowe'en Tree, in fact) but he was a formative influence on my imagination. Some of his early stories ("The Small Assassin," the one about the kid being colonized by sentient germs...) really gave me the creeps.
And F451, Dandelion Wine and Something Wicked are all masterpieces.
